Touch ID or Face ID did not work

This may be because Touch ID or Face ID is turned off. It could also be because we could not find a fingerprint or face scan.

What you can do

  1. Log in using your email and password.
  2. Turn on Touch ID or Face ID in the account and settings area of the NHS App.
  3. Check you have added a fingerprint or face scan in your device settings.
